The contact form sends your name, email, and message straight to my inbox — it isn't stored anywhere else, viewed by anyone else, or used for anything beyond replying to you. An ordinary email inbox still isn't a secure place to describe something clinical, so please don't include health information in your message. That can wait until we're actually talking.

If you book a session, the scheduling platform handles your name and contact information under its own privacy policy, separate from this site.

If something is urgent or you're in crisis, use the resources in the footer rather than the contact form or email — none of these are monitored in real time.
